PINELLAS GOP CHAIRMAN ADAM MCGILL ROSS

Prior to being elected Pinellas GOP Chairman in 2022, Adam was involved in local Florida politics and the Pinellas GOP for several years by volunteering for local, statewide, and federal candidates.  Adam was Pinellas GOP membership director for several years, served as Pinellas GOP Vice-Chairman from 2020 – 2022, and Legal Counsel from 2018 – 2020. Adam brings with him a diversified professional background. Before graduating from law school, he started his professional career on Wall Street at Lek Securities Corporation; then became an Assistant State Attorney in 2011 and is currently the Executive Director for your local State Attorney’s Office.

He is married to Tara Ann Ross and they share a love for politics, their cat, and their parrot.

PINELLAS GOP VICE CHAIRMAN MARK PHILLIPS

Mark Phillips has been a PCREC members since 2016. Mark first served as State Committeeman from 2020 to 2022.  Mark became Florida State Director of the RNC/GOP Presidential Faith Engagement in 2016. This first-ever faith engagement outreach in the history of either political party was constructed by RNC Chairman Reince Priebus.  In eight key swing states, this effective strategy brought home 81% of the Evangelical, Catholic and Hispanic voter turnouts for President Trump.

Philips is presently working with Eric Criss, State Director of Faith and Freedom in Tallahassee, to coordinate the West Coast 2020 Advisory Board for the Faith and Freedom program.

 

PINELLAS GOP SECRETARY MICHAEL BROADUS

Michael is a 15 year practicing attorney. His career began as an assistant attorney general for the state of FL. In 2008, he became assistant state attorney in Hillsborough County.  He accepted a position as an adjunct professor while holding this office. At this time he continues to work in the college’s Legal Studies Department.

He founded a firm in his name in 2014 and litigated multiple civil disputes. Michael’s professional and academic experiences, problem solving skills and ability to work effectively with a multitude of people with diverse backgrounds, lifestyles and expectations will serve the Pinellas GOP well.

PINELLAS GOP TREASURER JAMIE JODOIN

Jamie was appointed to the PCREC Board as the Interim Treasurer in January 2020, upon the retirement of Casey Cox. Jamie has been involved in Campaign Finance and Political Compliance for over 15 years. Prior to becoming Treasurer, Jamie served as an advisor to the PCREC Board on compliance issues.

PINELLAS GOP LEGAL COUNSEL AND PARLIAMENTARIAN

PINELLAS COUNTY REPUBLICAN STATE COMMITTEEWOMAN PAM MCALOON

Pam became involved in politics in 1998, having served on the campaign to elect former Florida Governor Jeb Bush.  In 2010, she was elected to serve as President of the North Pinellas Republican Club, after which she was elected to Secretary of the PCREC in 2014-2018.  From 2018-2019 Pam served as Vice-Chairman of the Pinellas GOP.  Pam ran for Florida State Committeewoman on the August 2020 Pinellas County ballot.  The Republican Party welcomes Pam’s enthusiasm and commitment as she covers the state in her new Political roll.

Professionally, Pam has practiced as a Registered Nurse, specializing in critical care and oncology.

PINELLAS COUNTY REPUBLICAN STATE COMMITTEEMAN TODD JENNINGS

 

Todd has been a member of the PCREC since 2012; served as Chairman from 2018 – 2022,  Delegate to the Republican National Committee Convention, oversaw historic 2022 Republican Election Victories in Pinellas County, served as Vice Chairman from 2014– 2018, and as President of the Pinellas County Young Republicans from 2011-2012.  He also serves as a commissioner on the Sixth Judicial Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission and Chairman of the LiFT Academy Development Council.

Todd is an attorney in one of the oldest law firms in Florida, practicing primarily in business, real estate and civil litigation.  Todd holds a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Tennessee and earned his J.D. from the University Of Florida Levin College Of Law in 2011.

Todd served as a Naval Officer aboard an Ohio-class ballistic missile submarine, the USS Maryland.

PINELLAS GOP EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR CHARLOTTE SMITH

Charlotte began by making phone calls for Jeb Bush 1998 and became an active volunteer for the George W. Bush campaign in 2004.  Upon joining the PCREC in 2005 she became a weekly office volunteer tasked with creating a volunteer data base and editor of On The Move newsletter.  In 2011 she was appointed Volunteer Liaison and hired in May 2012 as full time Executive Director.
